Looking for a private hands-on cooking class while you're in Paris? One offering vegetarian dishes that celebrate organic, seasonal, local fruits & vegetables? Inspired by the exuberantly imagintative, rustic cuisine of Italy?
Then come over to my kitchen for a truly "home-spun" experience. We'll pull out the spatulas, don aprons and spend the morning or afternoon in my abode—where my cat Cicerone discreetly resides—and my cozy, well-equiped kitchen cooking up a sumptuous lunch (or dinner) of creative vegetarian recipes. We'll spread the table with our creative fare and sitdown to cherish it with vibrant natural wines and conversation.
I offer both VEGAN and GLUTEN-FREE cooking options. And I'm always willing to try and accommodate special requests, so please don't hesitate....to ask.
If you’re staying in anapartment... I’ll come over and give a private cooking class in your kitchen for a group of up to 6, and bring along whatever utensils might be called for. (An additional charge of 60 euros will apply.)
Half-day private cooking class (8:45am to 2:45pm) :
We'll meet at 8:45 am at one of the various open-air markets in Paris to buy fresh seasonal, organic produce. (On Saturday and Sunday we'll visit the wonderful Batignolles and Raspail organic open-air markets.)
With our bags full of goodies, we'll trot, metro (or bike) back to my kitchen, don aprons, grab spatulas and cook up a scrumptious three-course meal.
When the chopping and whisking has ended, we'll settle around the table to chat and share the dishes we've created, sipping vibrant vin nature from the Loire Valley specially chosen for our meal. I'll have you back on the cobblestones by 3 pm.
The day's recipes, information prompted by and gleaned from our conversations, and other food for thought will be sent via email in PDF format to participants.

Full-day private cooking class (8:45am to 5:30pm) :
This class follows the same schedule as the half-day class plus an afternoon gustatory tour.
I'll take you to my favorite off-the-beaten-path bakeries, cheese, chocolate and olive oil specialty shops around the historique Beauveau marché. The walk will end at 5:30 pm.

We'll cook up a sumptuous three-course seasonal organic vegetarian meal in my cozy kitchen then settle around the table to chat and share the dishes we've created, with a bottle or 2 of vibrant vin nature from the Loire Valley specially chosen for our meal.
